Getting Bill After disconnection of Service

I have shifted my place on 30th January. And i have placed a request of either shifting my connection or disconnection of service immediately on the same date. I have already paid the bill till Jan. But even after the shift of place they didnt shift my connection and not they are charging me bills for the month of Feb.

I am getting calls from airtel customer service daily and they are sending me emails for the bill payment. I already have explained them and everytime they say that they will take care of this. But they are calling me daily leading mental tension.
