In response to my following complain to AirTel I got an acknowledgement mail from AirTel with reference number given as 46378386. For the complain registered on 14th May I was told in the mail that AirTel will back to me by 15th May 10:30 AM. I haven't received any response from them till today (20th May).

I contacted AirTel customer care but they have no clue.

Complain:

Hi,

I have a broadband connection at home. My fixed line number is (080) 40981056.

My plan was 1099 Rs which offered 1MBPS download speed with download limit of

25 GB under FPU (after that speed would be reduced to half).

I did a top-up of 100 Rs last year to increase the speed to 2 MBPS with same

download limit.

So according to my current plan billing amount exclusive of taxes is 1199 Rs

monthly with download speed of 2MBPS and limit of 25GB under Fair Usage Policy.

But I have been getting 1MBPS speed even after the top-up and have never

received 2MBPS speed.

I am AirTel broadband customer from 3 years and I do not expect such unethical

behavior from AirTel.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
