Bills are sent even after termination of connection

Hi,

I am Bharadwaj. I was using Airtel Broadband internet service.

I have terminated using the internet service on 20-March. I surrendered the modem and telephone device.

The final serttlement bill has been paid on 23th April against the bills raised.

Few days later the connection has been reactivated without my request and bills are getting generated on this connection. The reason said was some third person by name Shailender asked them to activate the connection.

In this connection complaints have been logged under the following numbers

46128490

Niether the complaints have been resolved nor there is any updation of the statuses from the customer care side till date.

The latest complaint raised was with number 47370516. They have cancelled the complaint saying it as invalid.

The customer service never calls back for the status update.

Now they are asking me to pay a bill of Rs. -.

Please help me filling a consumer case in this regard.
