Airtel
Broadband connection not provided

I'd asked for Airtel Broadband at the below address:

Aikya Apartments,

Off Bannerghatta Road,

Near Meenkashi Temple,

Bangalore

A guy came (Jagadeesh - 9686698866), collected documents (CAF: 243375) and a cheque for Rs. 1099/- and promised a connection in 4 days. This was on 17 May. The cheque was encashed on 20th May. No news from the guy from there on. Called him many times. He gave vague responses and finally gave another guy's number and said it's his manager's (Rajiv - 9900444966). This guy was not bothered at all and said he doesn't know when it will be done!!! It's been a month now. I am tired of following up. And the two guys have stopped taking my calls. I don't want your broadband because if you are so callous about providing a connection then wonder what your service would be when you've hooked me up!!!

Refund my money and I'll gladly get some other service provider to install a connection.
