Non working of landline

Sir I am Badrinath Proprietor of Nityasai Enterprises. I am Having two connections of Air tel land line vide nos. 080-41214893 and 080-41214894. Since past ten days I am getting problem in my land line no.41214893. It is not working since 21-10 properly. on 21.10.2011 i registered my complaint in air tel customer care. My complaint no is 6040814. On 22.10.2011 i had a telephone talk with Miss Madhu who is the manger of escalation. On 23.10.2011 it was rectified. The same land line again not working since 27-10. I registered complaint on 27-10 to air tel customer care vide complaint no.6291174. Till today it was not rectified. Nobody taking care about to rectify the line. Since three days I am in touch with air tel customer care. Mr. Gajendra registered my complaint on 27-10. Again on 28-10 I had a talk with Mr. Kishore kumar and today also I had a talk with Mr. Haseem in customer care. They are trying to connect the manager and no body ready to pick my call. And also I tried 41115338 to talk with Mr. Lalit Chabra. On that number also no body picking the phone. So Iam requesting you to please solve my problem immediately.
