Internet dissconnected withot any reason, without any prior information

I am yogendra trivedi, my airtel broadband number is 08040959565. Airtel suddenly dissconnect broadband connection on 1 May. Without any prior notice, without any complint. When I called customer care they told to fix it max 9 May and they provided me id 15134522. Even they don't know the reason of cancellation. Today is 9 may and resolution time is 11am. i didn't recive any call from airtel represetatives. I am very much upset and deppresed due to airtel comany services.
