Very Slow Internet Connectivity

I am Kumar Amit. My Airtel Data Card no is 9560452707. Since 12th February continuously I have been complaining regarding the slow connectivity in roaming [Bangalore]. But till now the problem has not resolved and there is no any compensation in the bill. On behalf of assurance of resolution from the executive of vender I have been already paying the bill since last two months and requested for the reversal of bill but there is no any positive response in the matter of reversal of bill except the assurance that they are going to resolve the problem within 48 hrs.
