Broad band and Fixed line not working

I an an Airtel Broad band and Fixed line coustomer. My Phome numbner is 08040917566. My connection is not working from past 3 to 4 weeks. I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by Airtel. The issues are not yet resolved. I almost called customer care more than 15 times with this regard. I raised 4 complaints till now, even with out resolving or calling me, they are closing the complaints their own. 280778, 3412942, 4051424 are the few complaint numbers i raised in one month. I wrote to appellate and nodal authorities, all i am getting is an automated reply from them. Is there any place where i can get a resolution?
