Unlimited Waiting time to get a connection

This is wrt application number 439437, I have applied for connection on 28-Nov. I was told by the

executive that the installation will be done by 1-Dec. I had call him to check whether the installation will be done today or not. He said it will be

done on 2-Dec. I kept on waiting for the installation the entire day but in vain. After that I tried reaching him, but he did not pick up the call.

I have tried reaching the customer care for Airtel but they do not reply to anything.

Neither the customer care people do anything nor the sales person.

But they are very quick in taking 1000/- for doing nothing but harassing us.

Airtel should feel ashamed of themselves when they say anything good about their company.

Airtel Sucks!!!
