Fake Bill

I was using airtel broadband connection from past two years. in the month of july i applied for shifting of connection in the same city. They told me shifting will be done in another 20 working days. but no one responsed back to me regarding this, when i contacted airtel customer care, they told me there is no request raised regarding this and they have billed me for the month of aug and sep too... now they are saying if i will not pay the bill, they will take me to court. This is simply bull shit, they are not only irritating customers but they are also loosing faith in us.

One gilr from airtel name Preeti used to call me and tell the same thing to me again and again to pay the bill which in proper i should not pay.
