My Account no is 16444619 and my telephone number is 080 41716149. I have not been using my Airtel Broadband for the past 5 months and yet been getting bills. And I have also complained about my router which had stopped working on the 3rd of september but there was no response. I have posted a complaint several times but had no response. So I would like you to disconnect my broadband connection at the earliest.
