Connection Transfer Denied

I had an Airtel Broadband connection Account Number : 16228777, Landline Number : 04040190296. I had taken this connection in the month of December in Kondapur. Last week on 28th of April I placed a request for shifting the connection to Madhapur as I have shifted my residence. I received a call from Airtel that I will be getting the connection in the new place on 29th and technician will be visiting my place on 29th 4pm. Nobody visited and I did not receive any call from them. I tried to reach the technician around 5:30 pm, he gave an explanation that the capacity of the 'box' is exceeded, on Monday he can give an idea when he can provide the connection. Sameday I tried to reach the customer care, I was informed technician will visit my place the next day and give me the connection. Sunday nobody visited and noone informed me anything regarding this. On Tuesday (3-5) morning I again tried to reach the customer care for information, after multiple frustrating attempts of reaching the customer care, executive informed me that they cannot provide me the connection as the capacity has exceeded and to give me connection in the new place is a huje investment for them. I have to wait for another 2-3 months to get an idea when I will be provided the connection (during this period I need to continue paying the tariff even if I am unable to use it). I said this is not a feasible option, then they directly forwarded the call to the Cancellation department and placed a request for cancelling the connection (request number : 599398).
I clearly dont understand this. I have shifted to a place where Airtel has service and my apartmentmate in the same flat is having the connection. Nobody is caring to give a clear picture regarding the request I have placed. Its a pain reaching the customer care and extracting the information from them. I have just taken the connection 5 months back paying 1000 Rs and for shifting they were goint to charge again 300 Rs. And by not giving me the real picture on time, I assume they are of the attitude that let me continue paying the tariff, they will provide me the connection when it becomes economically feasible for them. I am highly dissatisfied the way they have treated my request and would request to pay my intial payment back which I have paid to get the connection from a provider who have coverage in and around the city, which would be capable of shifting the connection in case required. I have suffered huje frustration for which I request a compensation too. Please take this case into consideration and provide me justice.
