Very bad comittments and poor bhaviour with customers

I don't know whether this is going to change anything in you (Bharti Airtel customer behaviors) or not but being a loyal old customer of Airtel I think this is my responsibility to bring in front of you because this degrades the impression of company and reduce the faith and believe in Bharti Airtel.
I am writing this mail after loosing my patience which I was not intend to do. Hope you will take some strict action against this since this is a question of image of India's one of the biggest telco in front of customer. You have multiple outsource companies/vendors who are representing the face of Bharti Airtel in market and let me explain you what impression they are leaving with customer with their behavior.
My self Abhishek Pachori who works for an IT MNC who has very good relationship with Bharti Airtel as business partner and business commitments. I have just shifted to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and the day I shifted, a lots of people with Airtel Handbags start coming to home to push us to take the connection of Airtel Broadband.
Unfortunately (I should say) I have filled up a form with one of them who promised me to get the connection in 5 days and start my internet connection. After this day I 5 days gone and no one called me to give me status when I called this person he told that there is some problem and it will take 5 more days. I said ok you withdraw this connection and give my money back. I was shocked to hear from that person that money has been gone and you cancel your connection we don't care, money will come back to you in your account.
My question here if your so called people who are roaming to sell these services can come at home to collect the money and forms, how come some one can reply in this wiered manner?
Now I didn't cancel my connection even though and waited to install the connection but I need to escalate to Mr. Surendra Kalra in Noida, who also told the same and asked to cancel without caring to loose customer and then I agreed to wait till next five days because I was running out of time.
After this on the same day my sister escalate to someone in Airtel I don't the name of person and discussed for long time for such kind of poor commitments and service, I was shocked to receive the call on the next day from some one in so called Airtel, that we need to come at your place for installation and I took half day off from office traveled to 50 KM to reach home on time to get installation. Please note this is just installation and fittings not activation of service. From the same person I got a number of some one called Pappu in the area who does the activation.
After this fitting I called Mr. Pappu please activate my connection since I waiting from long time, he committed to come after one Hr which is about 18:30 in evening to activate the connection but no one came. I called to this person again who didn't pick my phone, so I recalled him 2-3 times and then he picked my phone and told that, there is some problem I can't come and call us tomorrow and will let you know and he dropped my phone without listening response from me. This is second time I received this kind of response from Airtel. I tried to call this person again and again till late night but he didn't pick my phone.
Today September 21 I received a call from Kapil Sharma, who does not have any kind of manners to talk to the customer and asking time to come home and activate the connection. I told him that I am in office and not possible today for me to come from Gurgaon, then I told about yesterday night to calling him/Pappu till late night and no one was receiving call.
Do you believe how he replied "Phone nahin uthaya to mein kya karoon, ye apki problem hain ab bolo connection karvana hai ki nahin".
Mr. nodal officer, I am also in customer dealing business and working with IBM, but we never treat our customers like this. I don't know who is the authority in Airtel who decide to take such kind of illiterate and dis manner people to work with such kind of big organization.
I would like also tell you here that this happened with my kind of customer who is using 4 Mobile connection and 1 Landline connection from Airtel but such kind of response will force me to close everything with Airtel and move with some one else.
I am highly disappointed with this behavior/commitments and never would recommend to anyone. I am putting this same contents in Indian Consumer Complaints Forum online.
