Billing problem with Non installation of broadband

Dear Sir / Madam

I had an Airtel Land line no. 40081546 in the name of Vivek Sultania. I have a case regarding this no. which is 13669447 in Delhi regarding a non payment of Rs 5046 for a Broadband connection.

I had installed this number in March by an airtel officer Mr Biswajeet Dutta (9831235736) but no broadband connection has been installed on this number till today. I don't understand if there is no broadband how does this amount arises and therefore I am not liable pay such bills. For your confirmation you can contact Mr. Biswajeet Dutta. Today morning I had received a call from Mr. R.K. Sharma (09559560297) an advocate and from Mr. Vijendra 8808521232 regarding a case logged in delhi court for non payment. Its been more than 2 and a half years and I had made many calls to delhi airtel and even some officials from Delhi as well as from Kolkata also came down regarding this matter, had verified and said will close this matter but I dont understand after such a long time from where this matter arises again when there is no broadband installed till today.

I am being harassed again and again over the telephone and I am not able to concentrate on my work.
