AIR TEL / BLACK BERRY PLAN
BB PLAN NOT ACTIVATED BY AIR TEL .BUT Rs 399 deducted

I wanted to subscribe a AIR TEL - Black Berry internet package of Rupees 399 per month - PLAN - for my mobile phone Number 9901319615 (an existing prepaid connection).

On 22-05 a message to AIR TEL customer care No.121 was sent to activate the Rs 399 blackberry internet plan. The amount got instantly deducted.

But, Until this day we are only getting assurances from the AIR TEL customer care executives including Ms PAYAL, Ms AMRITHA & many others.

Very sad to say that until this day (27-05), this black Berry internet plan has not been activated by AIR Tel. The amount of Rs 399 stands deducted.

Normally this takes only 24 hours to activate a plan of this kind.

Request you to kindly take this up with AIR TEL, BANGALORE.
