Hi Customer Care,

Still there is response and when I called up to customer care they informed me ..call is closed …I am making call now and then and call was closed.

Really this highly unprofessional approach of your people… . seriously I don’t how Airtel is running …

Please disconnect the connection … This is my advice for you please it is good if you close your services.

This is my trail mail .. just now (17th of May Time 8:00 PM) again I called up to customer care and I got very surprising answer from the executive, he said that “we know you are calling us on daily basis and we are updating here nothing “ and when I asked him provide me any Email ID, he gave me one contact number …… that was really surprising, I called up on same number (# 9740990988 Mr. Muhammad) and Mr. Muhammad said I left the Job form Airtel.

Now please can someone thing not for me at least for other valuable customers.

Hi Customer Care,

This is Gaurav D, holding a Broadband connection from Airtel # (080-42126107). I am not able to browse internet and for the same I have logged a compliant on 13th of May (Ref# 46341572) in afternoon but till now call is unattained even I have not received any call from Airtel. I have called up so many times to customer and they have one single line answer “ Sorry Sir, will escalate the same “ but I don’t know where they have escalate, as still after 5 day’s problem is not resolved. Most difficult part is whenever I call to customer, I have to explain issue with different people and all are have one line answer “ Sorry Sir, will escalate the same “.

First time I call up on 13th may, they said will resolve the issue within 4 hours and we waited till 14th May (More than 30 hours) evening but there was no response from anyone, then again called up on 14th may and they said tomorrow morning will someone attend your call but nobody turn up ……then again I called up and I have asked them can you please connect to your manager .. for that I was on hold for more than 25 minutes and result was, we will raise this issue sir and tomorrow morning by 11 AM someone will attended the same ….

Now I have no word to say as Airtel is brand name and support you can see.. one more thing I am living in heart of the Bangalore .. so I think there is no problem for communication also

Would somebody from Airtel, please save me from this mental suffering because of the unethical practice and an highly unprofessional approach of your people???
