Landline phone not functioning properly

Hi,

I am Gunjan Gupta. I have a broadband connection on the address - V20/57, DLF Phase III, Gurgaon. My problem is with the wiring of the Airtel landline number - 01244062804. The voice quality is extremely poor. There was no fresh wiring done. The wiring already in my room was not even repaired. Further the wire connected to my phone keeps coming out of the phone as there is no lock in the end of the wire. I am not happy with the landline and am planing to shift to some other user in case the problem does not get resolved.
