Airtel Bordband connection
Broadband Connection not install till date

Dear Airtel Officer,

It is a matter of great concern that I booked a broad band connection vide customer enrolment form no, 2840573 on 15.10.2011 against a payment of Rs. 500/- as booking amount.

Enrollment form and money was collected by some Akash whose cell no. is 8010921022 with the understanding that the connection will be provided within a weeks time.

I contacted Mr. Akash but no result.

Till date neither I got broad band connection nor my money has been refunded.

Pls. look into the matter and expidite.
