AIRTEL Brad Band
Not working

Iam s. Seethalakshmi i applied for air tel broadband connection on 14.08.2011 and paid rupees 699/- but after 7 days only i got a connection i spent nearly 100 rs for phone charges for contacting the airtel staffs to give a connection responding of the staffs are literally poor ideally i wasted 4 days to get a connection. they gave a connection on 22.08.2011 but no use still i have not access the net even for 30mnts continuously because the link get disconnected frequently. then i post a complaint they suggested to change the modem. then i changed the another new beetel 220BX ADSL MODEM but again i got a same complaint. again and again i call and say the problem to the air tel staff who gave the connection to me but no response still now the same problem is occurring. pleas. thats why i post the complaint to u. please help me solve the problem
