False commitment

Hello sir,

On 23rd November a person called for broadband connection which i requested earlier for my residence: 783, 14th cross, K R Road, Jayangar 7th Block, Bangalore 560082. He came to my office and taken all the documnetaion and rs 1500. (Application # TBLR0082754). At the time of application he confirmed that they feasibilty study has been done and they can give the connection within 7 days. On 25th November i got a call from Airtel again for address verification and they told that tehy will do the feasibilty study. I am quite confused why again feasibilty study would be happened? On 25th November whne i enquired about ny application status by calling customer care they said that it is no network coverage area.

I do not understand then why they told that they can give the connection within 7 days on 23 rd November. Mr M S Hariprasad approched me, took all the desired documnet and confirmed that they can give the coonection within 7 days and feasibilty is there in my area on 23rd november.
