Problem getting new connection

Hi,

I have booked for new airtel broadband connection 15 days before. Some field person came and took initial amount. They took the money and required documents. And they never picked the call again. Somehow we got the alternate number and for straight 10 days they made commitment for next day which never came for a single time.

frustrated we went to Bharti Airtel Divyashree, bennagghatta road, bangalore-560029 towers to log a complain and they told they will deactivate the request which I never requested and I never got an answer why.
