Closing connection

Espected sir/madam

Please help me to resolve my issue.

we given request on 28th oct for closing the broadband services, but Airtel havent turnback and not close the connection for 2 month. now they are asking for make the payment of 3500 rs without using the services, For your information i have copied the text of my email which i have sent on 28th oct.

so please help me to resolve this issue.
