I have taken airtel broadband connection around 2nd week of April'12, today i.e on12th of June there was no Internet connection since morning, even after the launch of complaint, customer care executive didn't greeted properly, after about 5 to 6 hrs of hustle with executives finally we got to know that there has been deactivation of the service from nowhere. One day before connection was perfect but next day suddenly it was deactivated, and they failed to give any valid reason for the same. And on top of that they were asking to revise the connection with all the payments again or we have to wait for 7 days without Internet so that they can rectify the problem.
But what i don't understand is that if there is no due in bills, and we haven't applied for deactivation then why we have to wait unnecessarily for 7 days without connection? And why the customer care executive, when failed to give the reason, they simply disconnect the call which is very convenient for them but very difficult for me every time i have to explain the same thing to every new executive.
Customer care are to support the customer and not to harass them.
I really hope something should good really should come out with this complaint.
