Money paid for internet connection not repaid on failure to give connection

I am Rugmani Vinod, staying in I- 89, RBI Officers quarters. Ameerpet. The Airtel Customer executive Mr. Praveen had taken money Rs.200 in cash from me along with the application form for getting a broad band connection, last week. Since i was in the office, money was paid by my daughter Aswathy Vinod who was at home when the executive came. It was told later that the connection cannot be established. If there is connection problem in that area the customer executive should not have taken any application or any money at all.

Since ithe connection could not be established i requested him to give back my money over his mobile 9000215293.. He told that he cannot give back as it is given to his boss and accounted in the company's account. For all these reason why i should be penalised? I want the money back from Mr. Praveen or from Airtel if it is accounted in the company's account. Please attend to my compalint immediately and if u are interested in customer complaint. I talked even to Mr. Praveen's boss one Mr. Rao.

f i am not getting my money within a few days i am going to take up this in all acvailable public forum. Please do not cheat customers like this.
