Ate change, charging more without usage

Dear, sir/madam subject to above airtel broadband often user first took 899 unlimeted plan used for 8months but iwas not able to pay as the bill i was getting around rs 1350, i requested for cancelation but they reinvited for a new plan ie, 649 plan with 20% discount, but still iam getting bill with rs 1030/- per month.iam fed up with airtel people i want to cancel airtel broadband connection immediatly.
