Cheating on plan

Hi have been using Airtel for quite some time now and being in the "Stay and Gain" scheme, also mentioned in the airtel receipt/acknowledgement form given while taking the connection.

According to the plan I would be getting 100 INR discounted every month after the 3rd month as told by the representative.

But from this month, I am not getting this discount and when contacted airtel then asked me to pay the bill and didn't provide any clarification.

Is Airtel synonymous to cheating or something or are they planning on such a reputation??? All the time I had in the year is for resolving issues with Airtel, my airtel broadband number is 08040983848_kk
