Hello sir,

I would like to make a request that one of the airtel broad band agent I approached to get a new broadband connection. He took Rs 500/- and get my sign in a plan document (on 28/10) saying that my net will be connected on 31st after that I tried to contact him on 1/11 then he said today it will be connected. Now is he saying that not to call him and he gave me another guy number he said me to call directly to airtel customer care I called him then he is saying that he can't do anything because you don't have application number. I requested him to search my application number by using my name and contact number but he also refused. What should I do agents are not responding to me please help me in this matter.
