Hi,

I want bring this in to your notice that, I am using the airtel broad band connection for more than 2 years now. Since i have taken another internet conection i have given the request to cancell my airtel broad band conection and I wanted to keep only the LandLine Number in September.

After a long procedure I got an offer from the airtel for aMonthly rental of Rs.250 in which 25 hrs of internet use was free. to my surprise i got the bill of Rs.1200 in november and Rs, 1180 in december saying my modem was on for all the days eventhough i have not used that much. So finally i decided to cancell my conection from Airtel for that i have given the cancellation request on 2 december when i asked the status of the complaint i got the reply that there is no cancellation request for this no. so again on 10 december i given the request for which i got the compl No.424596.

Further to this every day i am getting some 2-3 calls for more offers from one end and for the full payment from other. On 13 january one lady Ms. nidhi called me and told just to pay Rs.1600and the remaining amount she will give the waiver by now the total bill came toRs. 2688 eventhough the connection was in cancellatiuon due to payment not done. so i gave the amount Rs.1600. when i called that lady for the status the reply i got is now she is not handling this. it is 2 months since i have given the cancellation request nothing have happend. the more irritating thing is that on repablic day 26 jan i was enjoying my time with the family one person came to my home for the remaing payment saying the waiver request is rejected eventhough i have not asked anybody to come on holidays and he used more abused words. is this the culture the airtel people develops at work? I dont remember his name and his no.91884598365.

to my surprise another person came to me after an hour for the same payment the story is not ending here the next is one more person came to my home at 5.30 PM saying he is from the technical team to check why the broadband is not working.

So please tell me are you people making the customers fool or is this the work culture exist in airtel, no coordination, no serive?
