Hi,
My telephone no. 080-42023734. I had given shift request on 21/01. Before giving shift request I had cleared all by dues (outstanding bill). On 08/02 Airtel customer care called up and told shifting in new premises is not possible and I had given cancel request on the same day (08/02) req no: 447143. After this airtel person named Krishna called me and he had conferenced with his manager Prem (mob no: 09964191381) and they asked me to wait for 10 days and asked me to continue. In the mean time Airtel genererated monthly bill and for cancellation of this bill I had given complaint no: 43225494 and pickup instrument: 43225664. Nothing happened I gave one more calcel request on 03/03 and complaint no: 452187. Airtel keep generating bill for the same. I gave one more request for bill cancellation on 30/03 and request no: 44706284. One more bill complaint request no: 44946342 on 06/04.
Airtel people simply generates new complaint no. My connection is not in use since 22/01. Before giving shift request I paid all my dues. Then why should I pay all newly negerated bill. It's Airtel fault and they delayed my connection.
Please help me in this.
