Broadband not working

My airtel broadband connection has been not working for over two weeks now. I have called airtel customer care many times. For a week or so the broadband connection was a little iffy, it would work and suddenly stop working and was very erratic. Then I lodged my First complaint to the airtel customer care and they assured me that it would be fixed in 3days I.e the 25th. Again called them up on 26th cos nothing had happened, this time I asked them to escalate it to whom ever necessary and also demanded that it be fixed max in a day. The lady on the phone din even give me a reference no this time, she said some one would call me immediately but it's been two days and no response from airtel. I have no idea what I should do now. Pls help
