Bill payment failure and non-refund of money

Dear Sir,

Airtel has failed to refund the money in the following cases:

1. An online payment for Rs. 2400/- was made from my online banking account for monthly bill payment on 1st June. After the payment was made, "PAYMENT FAILED" message was displayed on the browser screen. After speaking to the airtel customer relations, they said that the amount will not be refunded to my account but will be adjusted against the next bill.

I filed a complaint via email with them immediately but they are yet to register the complaint.

2. A request was raised online for a new airtel broadband connection on the 13th of Dec. An installation fee of Rs.500/- was paid online for the same. I received a confirmation mail from Airtel with the following details:

CAF no: ONBANGA00019509

Transaction id: 121386038

Now airtel says that the transaction was not registered with them. They have assigned the CAF number but are not refunding the 500 rupees.

The amount for both have to refunded from airtel. I have called them numerous times but they are yet to resolve the issue. Therefore, I request you to please take necessary action and ensure the money is refunded as soon as possible.
