NO response and faulty service

HI:
I booked a ticket for 26th of Jan and when the ticket details came, it was for 25th of Jan and when I checked their invoice, It clearly says 26th of Jan.
I repeated attempts to call them over phone and emails are failure.. can some one suggest what can be done?
