Dear Airtel customer care,
I AM STRICTLY GIVING A WARNING TO THE aIRTEL SERVICE REGARDING THIS ISSUE:
I have issued my original document (Rental Document) on 16th december to the service person to get my Airtel broadband (044-43057334) for Address verification.still now i have not received my original document.'
when i call the customer care/distributor, they say that they will issue a duplicate other documents my document is mishandled.
I have complaint regarding this issues to airtel customer care several times, no action has taken.i want my document on / before 5th jan or i have to go to customer complaint authority/ Court. Look into this issue and reveert back at the earliest.
I am fedup with this issues and i don't want the broadband connection and i wont pay the bill if this proceeds further/no action is taken.
