Broadband Bill Of Airtel

Sir / Madam,
I applied for Airtel Broadband (@799 Unlimited Plan) in Dec. 2008 (Jaipur). After one month i did not receive my broadband usage original bill in my correspondence address. After due date they called me to pay my payment of one month (Jan). I've paid my that month payment and i warn them i will not pay any amount if next month i do not receive your original bill (Because my broadband payment paid by my company where i'm working and they can only accept original bill).
surprised me again, next month i also not receive my next month (Feb) bill and they called me again at last movement that your pending amount of 1018 is due. After deposited i called & strictly warn them if you did not send my both month original bill than i'll not pay any more.
They ensure me that before 4 April they will send my all original bill till date but i did not get any response from them till 8 April. Then i wrote an application to terminate my connection due to this problem and deposit in Jaipur, Tonk Road office but they did not disconnect my connection and their executive daily comes in my home for payment.
I talked every person of Airtel but Till July i did not get any response from their side. In July end their Area Manager (Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur) threatened me if i'll not pay my total due amount then their recovery agent will take care me.
After that i tried so many times to resolve this issue but no way...
On 28-Oct i received a call from their side that an case registered in Delhi Court against me and if possible then resolve this issue today by all means.
I humble request please tell me what should i do and where i'll go now... help me.
