Regarding Harrashment

Dear Sir,

I have requested Airtel to remove broadband conection in Augest'09 after constant followup they removed the connection in October'09 after setteling all the bills and i have also returned their phone and server box. But after 4 months they are still claiming the bill which is after october'09.they are giving me threat of manhandling. I am to harrased to handle this and without any reason. Please help me out of this.
