FALSE PROMISE AND NON RETURNING OF ADVANCE PAYMENT

This is saurabh khurana from meerut.i have applied for the airtel broadband connection. they take 2300/- Rs from me in advance for this.now they are saying that its not possible for provide a connection at that place although they had make complete fitting with wire there. as i had also the another connection of BSNL broadband but due to confirmation of this i had rejected the BSNL plan.

and when i said regarding for my Ammount 2300/- Rs for returning then the answer was that we will return your amount after 45 days. so please help for this matter.

i will claim 50% interest for this matter as i have lost my one project that was completely based on internet service that i was expecting from them.
