Cancellation of Account a Nightmare

I am a user of Airtel Broadband in Delhi No. 45660188, recently got transfered to Jaipur & called Airtel customer care to transfer my connection to Jaipur from 2 jan onwards till 9 Jan till the day I left Delhi, I was told that the Modem will be collected by a Airtel representative from home, I made atleat 4-5 calls & every time was assured that someone willcall fix up an appointment & come & collect the modem & I can get a new connection in Jaipur. Till the last day I was supposed to travel I kept calling but no one came. After reaching Jaipur I called the customer care again & I was told the area I stay in Jaipur (Mansarovar) does not have airtel coverage so my account has been automatically sent for disconnection & cancellation & will receive no bill as there is no usage but to my surprise I have been sent a bill of Rs 556 for the previous month.

When the connection is to be sold countless calls are received & representatives visit you but at the time of cancellation there is no customer service, the customer service is not only till the ime a person uses your service but also after that, & I just did not want to cancel the connection it was due unavilibility of network by Airtel & not me.
