Endless delay in transfer of internet connection

I had submitted a request to airtel broadband helpline regarding a transfer in internet connection on 22nd Feb. They had promised the transfer will be done in 3 days.

I have been alling them 10 times a day ever since and everyday they promise me it'll be done by the end of the day. Nothing has been done in this regard till date. No one has got back to me. Its been over 10 days now, their employees keep lying, their superiors never answer their phone.

I tried to lodge a compliant against 2 employees who were handling my connection, Vikki and Gaurav but they refused to lodge a complaint.

They had sold their broadband router to me so now I'm stuck to their company or my money goes waste.
