Didnt get broadband connection yet

Sir,

myself varun c s studying in chennai, one month ago i applied for the airtel broaband and one guy from customer care come to my home and compelled me to pay the advance of rs 2000 he showed me the rental agreement but didnt gave me that. That day he promised me to give airtel connection within 2 days, but i didnt get it, for one week they repeated the same. atlast i complainted to customer care and they told that feaseibility in my area is poor and not possible to get connection.so i cancelled the connection and demanded to refund my cash but they replied that cash will get only through demand draft and it will take 1 week but now it exceeds one week, they are not responding. what i have to do sir?? please tell me a way
