Airtel Broadband
No connection after 2 weeks

On March 24th had applied for a IP TV/Broadband connection by paying 1750/- to Sales executive-Vicky Chaddha at Airtel Gurgaon Care Centre at Galleria, Gurgaon. I was assured it would be installed in 4 working days. Even after 2 weeks there has been nobody who has come to even enquire as to where the connection has to be established. Call centre has no information even after giving details of reciept -IP01090079018.Technical guys promised connection after a delay of 7 days now they do not pick up calls.
