My AIRTEL LANDLINE NO. IS 01147021950.I have got Internet Broadband combo plan 749, in this Plan I am to get Rs. 100 free talk time on my Landline no. and Recharge of Rs. 100/- every month on my Pre-paid Mobile No. 9971294506.I regret to say that every month I have to remind at 121 by making request to send Rs. 100/- recharge on my mobile phone. In spite of my so many requests every month automatically recharge of Rs. 100/- is not being sent to my mobile no. 9971294506.Will the higher authority look in to the matter and solve my problem?
