I m Shyam from Chennai.

I m also facing the similar problem... this is my account no :14755224 I had 256 kbps unlimited plan, then i thought the speed is not enough and it was useless, so I increased my speed to 512 kbps unlimited plan with monthly bill around 990 including VAT, but my internet speed never touched to 512 kbps, whenevr i check the internet speed... it will be around 60 to 100 kbps (download speed), its better to go for other brand than AIRTEL. they are just aiming for money not customer satisfaction.

Planning to change to other service provider...
