Poor performance

Respected Sir,

I Shashank Rajvanshi has launched a complain against airtel broadband internet facility, regarding change the connection adaptor or DP. which is not done till now. it is more then a week when i launch complain. right now condition worsen in this rainy season, DP is out of order now and not working at all.

Sir this is humble request to airtel broadband customer care to look after my request.
