Airtel broadband connection not shifted within delhi

I requested Airtel customer care to shift connection from New Gupta Colony to Model Town on 26th July they said it will be done in 3 days, but they don't do that... every time they say it will shifted today by evening... In evening they say wait for tomorrow... shifting will be done... and nothing happen again...

I am waiting for a while than i will go for consumer forum in ashok vihar to file case against him...

All are cheater giving wrong commitment, the executive don't know either gossip and giving wrong commitment..
