Pathetic Service

Hi I am a user of airtel broadband service. I requested for a WiFi Connection on 1 Aug and the executive told me that my query would be resolved in 24 hrs but nobody came to my house. I also came to know that the engineer had made a fake report for my request number. This is not the service we expect from AIRTEL and just because of this I am removing my airtel connection. I think SUNIL MITTAL should seriously look for the increasing complaintsfrom the airtel customers.
