Regarding new connection

I have applied a new connection on 30-7 in Ramapuram. At that time the Airtel Representative told me that I will get connection with in 2-3 days but when I doesn't got connection I called him again then I got a reply that It will take 2 to 3 days more. Now its more than 25 days still i haven't got the connection.
