Sir, i have applied air tel broadband conection, your people came to me i told check if there is any place in the port take this application, they told we have palce, i waited for one week, no response and after that i made regular follow up they told me, today, tomorrow, with in two days and many complients, now they are telling we will refund b coz some rubbish technical reasons i asked them what is the final result they told me we cant give the connection,

my question is if you know you cant then why you signed the application

Such a big co. Air tel, but the staff?

now only i realise what is Air tel
