Oadband disconnection

I have requested several times for the broadband disconnection for my connection no. 040-42006249 but instead of acting upon my request they are not disconnecting instead the company is sending their bills of exorbitant amount. Recently I have again requested for disconnection on 27th & 28th of December'2010 for which I have been provided request reference number 41314236, As I am sheduled for my journey to North on 31st of Dec;2010 .

Kindly take action before 31st Dec;2010.
