I paid for a year of airtel broadband in advance in October (Rs. 8924) on my phone line 020-41201189. Suddenly, this month - January - Airtel sends me a bill for the whole amount of Rs. 8924 to be paid again and then, to top it all, send me a monthly bill which also includes monthly broadband charges of Rs. 899. So after paying them, they are billing me twice over.

I have written to them but only get an automated reply. Their telephone service is as lousy with only automated messages. They say they will get back in 24 hours and after 5 days, still no solution.

What do I do? And why should I pay these fraudulent charges when the amount I have paid them in advance has long since been debited? It's really very frustrating!
