Malfunctioning of the Modem

Hi All,

This complaint is to bring in notice to all the people who are thinking to get an airtel braodband conn. I am an airtel broadband user and I have been facing a modem related problem from a week. I have been constantly complaining about the same at their service center (198) and they have been giving me false assurances, but neither their technical team has called me back nor the engineer who had to visit my place has shown up. Airtel is not the right internet service provider upon which you can bank upon if you have to use your internet conn. for some important business related work, in my opinion go for some other upcoming service providers.
